The company quickly recognised an outgoing and dependable persona in Matt and welcomed him to the team in Christchurch in 2006. Initially running the Industrial temping desk with a high degree of professional integrity and attention to detail, his performance, natural flair for recruitment and ability to develop business, saw him promoted to his current role of Business Development Manager. He retains a management responsibility within the Industrial Temping Division.

Matt completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Canterbury University, majoring in HR Management and Information Systems. Before joining the company, he commenced his career with Work and Income New Zealand, where he was employed for three years, commencing as a Work Broker then progressing to Site Management.
