Helen has been a part of the Select Team since 2002. Her focus is systems, IT and compliance including health and safety administration and the office manager. Ensuring that our candidates are safe at work is integral to our business, and Helen approaches this with a practical approach and strong attention to detail. Helen has an in-depth working knowledge of our people, our systems and our business; and in particular, what separates us from competitors.
Jane has an extensive background in office administration, call centre and debt collection management. Assessing people has always been her strong suit and this allows Jane to select the ideal candidate for your needs. Jane is passionate for delivering recruitment solutions for both permanent and temporary white collar administrative and managerial roles and would love to get her passion and experience working to find the right person first time.
Wendy’s role as Administrative Assistant provides valuable support across all divisions of the business. Wendy has extensive experience in financial banking and customer services roles which have provided her with great attention to detail and a systems orientation. Her willingness and drive to assist our business ensures information is accurate and readily available, so that we can promptly place great candidates.
She has a vast array of experience including customer service, administration and sales. She is also a proficient ballet and jazz dancer and has recently completed her Bachelor of Applied Arts. Danika brings with her enthusiasm for the recruitment industry and is excited to establish herself as an integral part of the Select team. Danika will use her skills to support both candidates and clients in a warm, caring and professional manner.
Nicola has 3 years recruitment experience with Select and AWF prior to which Nicola spent 20 year in the motor Industry in Sales & Finance. A busy mum of two teenage daughters who also recently completed a BA of Applied Management as she has a keen interest in furthering knowledge in Human resources & Employment Law.

Sophie has a Masters in Zoology and comes from a Project Management and Sales background in the Agricultural Sector. She has a proven track record for building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes. As a qualified HSR, Sophie is passionate about Health & Safety in the workplace. Sophie provides a client-focused approach and her vast experience in client management will enable her to fit the right person for your role.
Lisa has come to Select in January 2021 with a background in Administration and Customer Service. Lisa has spent a large part of her working career in the tourism sector and enjoyed meeting people from all around the world. Outside of work Lisa spends most calm days fishing for Blue Cod, enjoys most sports especially cricket and F1 and has just taken up golf. Her youngest son Raikkon is named after an F1 driver Kimi Raikkonen, that’s true dedication. Lisa will light up our team with her smiling face, professional approach and winning personality.
