Team Administrator

Our client is a highly successful chartered accountancy practice based in Dunedin. Their value-added approach has enabled them to develop a team that provides a range of specialised skills to assist business owners from agri-business to commercial ventures. Working closely with business owners to provide a full accounting compliance service, they also provide a range of business advisory from start-up phase to sale ready.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced administrator to join the administration team, ensuring optimal management across the day to day functions of the office. You will be responsible for the overall management of client payroll services, as well as providing assistance in tax administration, reporting and other general administrative duties.

Key requirements:

  • Prior experience working within a professional office environment;
  • Top tier written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritise and work successfully within a deadline driven environment;
  • Strong computer literacy and financial administration experience;
  • Experience in payroll and a good understanding of current employment legislation;
  • Familiarity with Smart Payroll, Xero, Banklink and APS accounting software is a bonus.

This is a full-time position in a busy team environment that will provide a rewarding challenge.
