Select Recruitment is proud to partner with this organisation to source a highly pivotal role. The reception position will see our successful candidate providing a warm welcome and efficient reception services, along with providing data entry support for the administration team.

The role is a full time permanent position, working from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday within modern offices. This key position offers rewarding challenge and variety with no two days the same. You will be engaging with people across the full spectrum of customer base and visitors, and existing clients. We are looking for those who can deliver excellent customer service and ideally hold some experience in a data entry or accounts administration. A day in the life of this role will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all customers and clients;
  • Answering incoming phone calls, dealing with inquiries and forwarding calls;
  • Providing a high level of customer service by greeting, directing and announcing visitors to the business;
  • Completing data entry and providing accounts administration support;
  • Contributing to a wider team environment and working efficiently to complete tasks.
