Front Office Customer Service Superstar

Due to an internal promotion of our fabulous receptionist we are seeking to fill this important front office role with not one but two part time job share positions.

The key focus of this role is to manage our front office, attend and welcome our candidates and clients and provide administration and recruitment support to the wider team.

This position is unique and is a key role within our business. Not only will you engage with the front line visitors, you will be the go to person for our internal team. Your customer service and communication skills will be superior and you also need to have demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office. In addition you will be able to multi task juggling and managing both priorities and your time effectively. As this is a job share position is will be critical that you can work in a systematic way to ensure a seamless transition and hand over each day.

The hours of work for the role are either of the following options; however we seek applications from those who in addition to these hours have the flexibility to work full time on reception to cover leave and absences as required.

  • Job share option 1: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 12.45pm
  • Job share option 2: Monday - Friday 12.30pm - 5.00pm
