Call Centre Operator

We are looking for several applicants with a passion for customer service relations to fill long-term temporary roles with an immediate start!

Our client is one of the biggest companies in NZ, with a strong emphasis on creating neighbourly values. Working within their team you will experience their people-first business for yourself. The roles they are looking to fill are full time; Monday to Friday and one Saturday in every four. The hours are 7am to 3:30pm, which still leaves plenty of time to do the things you enjoy after work.

The role itself would suit applicants with a desire to continually offer superior customer service experiences, both on the phone and off. Additional training will be offered on the job and to be successful in this position you will already have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data entry experience
  • Customer service experience
  • SAP experience is desired, but not essential
