Customer Account Representative

Our client have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Account Manager to join their expanding customer services team. We are looking for a motivated professional to work with and support a growing sales team for this inside sales role that deals directly on a B2B basis. Right away, you will benefit from direct training with highly skilled staff, and those with previous customer service/ sales experience wishing to advance will find both positive challenge and personal development in this key position.

To be considered for the role you will ideally have the following experience:

  • Previous experience working in a customer focused or an internal sales role
    MS Office requiring intermediate capability
  • Excellent phone manner and clear communication
  • Capacity to multi task and work well under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilience and agility to move with change
  • Focused team player with a sense of fun

You will be required to learn fast on the job, ensure accuracy and effectively communicate to customers. We are looking for someone who can be assigned their own portfolio of customers and enhance service offerings. As well you must be self-driven and a problem solver. The role will present challenges with product complexity, and a large range of products to learn. So we encourage the technically minded to apply, who enjoy working with a high attention to detail.
