Legal Executive

Our client is a long-standing family firm, currently seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join their busy team.Operating a busy, general practice firm, they hold a mix of experienced, junior and senior lawyers who provide personal clients with a high level of varied legal services.

This position is required to specialise in estate management, along with powers of attorney, trusts and wills. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of legal services and administration.To ensure success in this role you will need to undertake ownership of responsibilities, liaise with clients and manage files to deliver an efficient, fair and accurate transaction.

Skills and experience required;

  • Ideally 2+ years in a legal executive role, a Legal Executive diploma is highly desirable
  • Proven experience across estate management, trusts, wills and commercial transactions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent computer literacy including; MS office and dictation typing
  • Accomplished in time management and interpersonal skills
