Inventory Administrator

Standing as a well-respected large organisation; our client has partnered with Select Recruitment in search for an Inventory Administrator. Supporting the operations and finance division, this key position provides a timely and accurate standard of information of daily inventory transactions.

This is a full-time permanent position suited to those with a background in administering inventory controls such as data processing, inwards goods, purchase orders, transfers and stocktake reconciliations. It is essential to maintain a high level of personal organisational skills, and balance key functional relationships across the network.

Necessary experiences and skills we are looking for:

  • Computer literacy, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a busy environment
  • A skilled multi-tasker who enjoys a problem solving
  • A fast learner who enjoys working with numbers
  • Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of people
  • Lots of initiative and a can-do attitude

Ideally you will have an interest or experience working with inventory systems and procedures.
