Ideally you will have the following experience and skills:

  • 1 -2 years call centre experience in a sales, telemarketing or customer services position
  • Inbound and outbound calls experience
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient in using a computer and software programs such as MS Office, CRM's
  • Immediate Start
