Accounts Administrator

The team at Select recruitment in Dunedin are looking for an exceptional Accounts Administrator, experienced and keen for the next challenge.

This is an Accounts payable and receivable role for our client based in Dunedin city, a process driven role you will need to be confident and experienced with meeting deadlines. Attention to detail a must.

Accounts Payable Tasks

    • Support in coding, follow up of approval of supplier invoices for both entities
    • Processing supplier invoices for inventory items within accounting system
    • Complete credit application forms for approval
    • Analysis of costs by cost category for each month. Eg: electricity, capital expenditure by project, intercompany costs
    • Staff expense claims
    • Creating and maintaining new vendor setup within accounting system

Accounts receivable tasks

    • Support in sales order and invoicing
    • Credit note processing where required

Other admin tasks

    • Bank reconciliations
    • Banking
    • Filing where required
