Territory Sales Representative

Select Recruitment is delighted to be partnering Zeagold Nutrition in their search for a Territory Sales Representative. This is a newly created role, and one that offers a mix of business development and ongoing account management.

Zeagold Nutrition is New Zealand's largest egg producer, distributing and marketing more than one third of the country's eggs and liquid egg products. They rank within the top 20 FMCG companies in New Zealand in both volume and value sales and are proud of their high-quality products sold both nationally and internationally. Working closely with major supermarket chains, they also supply many iconic restaurants and other food services brands.

Supported by a Dunedin based SI Sales Manager, this role will be based from their Hornby site, and is one that would suit a self-motivated and tenacious sales person who comes from the FMCG or merchandising industry.

You will continue to nurture existing customers, ensuring product sales are optimised and high levels of service are provided; as well as developing new opportunities within the wider market, such as the food service sector. Other tasks will include managing stock volumes to ensure there are zero out of stocks and good rotation. You will get involved in setting up product displays, and product promotions.

Your territory is Christchurch, the surrounding area, and the West Coast. Occassional overnight travel may be required. Typically hours are Monday to Friday, 7am-3.30pm.
