Customer Service Officers - Contact Centre Team

Based within our contact centre, you will liaise with valued customers nationwide on a range of tasks including basic trouble shooting, banking service advice, and complaint resolution. We are currently seeking candidates to fill a full-time position as Customer Services Officer within the Contact Centre who are resilient, pressure-driven and stand out from the crowd as a leader. NZCU actively embraces individuals who are process driven, self motivated and are not afraid to problem solve efficiently when faced with a challenge.

You will be working with a team of focussed, hard-working and supportive individuals who seek to offer the best of services to new and existing members, banks and branch managers. It is imperative that you are capable of competently following processes, maintaining transaction data and diligently sticking to prescribed tasks.

Key requirements and skills:

  • Competent of handling a range of member enquiries via our multi-modal communication system

  • The ability to prioritise and multitask within a demanding and fast-paced environment

  • A strong and capable problem-solver who operates effectively under pressure

  • Capable of undergoing process orientation and adapting to new systems

  • Managing a broad portfolio of members , documentation, applications, accounts and transactions

  • Desire to achieve excellent results within a high performing and dynamic team
