Administration all-rounder

Select Recruitment is seeking strong administrators for opportunities in the Dunedin area. We are looking for candidates who can commit to (up to) a year of fulltime (approx. 40 hours per week) work.

To be considered, you will thrive in fast-paced environment and you will be business minded with a passion for quality. You are also open to challenges and use your initiative and time management skills to ensure strict deadlines are achieved.

You will also demonstrate the following attributes;

  • Proven experience and knowledge of administration

  • Clear understanding of office management systems and procedures

  • Computer literacy to at least an intermediate level

  • Accurate data entry and typing skills

  • Experience in accounts administration is an advantage

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
