Customer Service Administrator (Balclutha)

Select Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service administrator to join our client’s team. This full time opportunity based in Balclutha has come about due to an internal promotion and we are keen to get moving on this position immediately.

As the first point of contact and reporting to the Finance Manager, the core of your duties will be based around providing efficient and positive services, both in person and over the phone. You will also be responsible for accepting and processing payments from customers and well as utilising the knowledge you will build to process requests and complaints, as required.

To be successful in this role, you will bring your friendly and professional disposition, great time management skills and ability to work both in a team and independently.

You must also;

  • Be experienced in a customer service and/or administration environment

  • Have excellent communication skills –both oral and written

  • Strong numeracy skills

  • Accurate data entry skills

  • Be able to demonstrate competency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

  • Full drivers licence
