Inventory Administrator

Standing as a well respected large organisation; our client has partnered with Select Recruitment, and is seeking an experienced Inventory Administrator to join their team. Supporting the nationwide distribution chain and maintaining high levels of customer service, this key position provides a timely and accurate standard of information for the management of company inventory holdings.

This is a full time permanent position suited to those with a background in administering end to end inventory controls such as data processing, purchase orders, reconciliations and reporting formats.

You will need to balance key functional relationships across the network and hold a high level of personal organisational skills. Ideally you will have a strong interest in systems and procedures, however also be adaptable and open to change.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have established experience with high-volume data processing;

  • Be a top-tier administrator with a background in invoicing and reconciliations;

  • Possess confidence in written and verbal communication skills;

  • Ensure all work is accurately delivered, especially during periods of peak output;

  • Display good listening and interpersonal skill

  • Be a team player with ability to maintain self direction
