How quickly can I have someone working for me?

This depends on your needs and the requirements of the role. For temporary roles, we have an extensive database of skill-assessed candidates who have been interviewed and reference checked, ready to work at short notice. For permanent roles, we will align our rigorous processes to suit your requirements.

What type of candidates do you have on file?

We have an extensive database of qualified and hard to find talent who have varying levels of experience and who come from various industries.

What do the fees cover?

Our temporaryn placement fees cover all associated sourcing, screening, recruitment and probity checking and compliance costs.  In addition, we take care of all of the employment related oncosts , payroll and ongoing employee relationship management.

Our permanent placement fees cover standard sourcing, screening and recruitment costs. In addition, they cover the cost for us to manage all applicant responses and for us to provide you with an exclusive end to end service where we manage the recruitment process for you.  This includes managing the timeline of your vacancy and can include the offer and negotiation process.

I need a temporary employee with their own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), can you help?

We ensure all our employees are Health & Safety inducted, and we provide the necessary PPE relevant to the role they are performing, so they have the equipment to support them working safely.

What assessments do you offer?

We conduct full skill assessments on all our commercial candidates, which include 5 aspects of computer abilities. We can however tailor the battery of tests to fit the requirements of your role.

We also offer psychometric testing. Our certified analyst will consult with you to ensure the appropriate assessments are selected, and will provide full interpretation, feedback and reporting.
