Make Smart Choices

Strains and sprains aren't just 'part of the job'. The choices we make matter.

Injuries from lifting are usually preventable, and it's the everyday choices – how we lift, whether we ask for help, or if we try to take a shortcut – that can make the biggest difference.

Remember:

Take a moment, think things through, and make smart choices.
