Entry to this prize draw is open from 9.00am NZST Friday 19th April 2024 until 11.59pm NZST Sunday 28th April 2024..
To enter this prize draw, you must be the intended recipient of the Select Applicant Survey, complete the survey, and provide your contact details (including email address) via the form provided at the end of the survey, before entries close.
Entry into this prize draw is only open to individuals who are legally entitled to work in New Zealand and residing in New Zealand at the time of the draw.
Entry to this draw is restricted to one entry per person. Multiple entries, bulk entries, automated entries, and third-party entries will all be disqualified.
The prize is 1 (one) Prezzy Card to the value of NZ$100 (one hundred New Zealand dollars).
There will be 3 (three) winners drawn. Each winner will receive 1 (one) prize.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries within 10 (ten) business days of the prize draw closing.
The winners will be contacted via the email address provided within 2 (two) business days of the prize draw.
If the winner(s) cannot be reached and/or do not respond within 5 (five) business days of initial contact, a new winner(s) will be selected and the original winner(s) will no longer be eligible to claim the prize.
The prizes will either be delivered to a valid New Zealand residential postal address (no PO boxes), or collected from the Select office, or an AWF branch office, at a date and time to be agreed on.
In the event of a dispute regarding this prize draw and any of its Terms & Conditions, the final decision will rest with AWF Management.
