How quickly can I have someone working for me?

This depends on the requirements of the role. For temporary roles, we have a database of candidates who have been interviewed, skills assessed and referenced checked ready to work at short notice. For permanent roles, we will adjust our rigorous measurement process to fit with timeframe that suits our clients.

What kinds of candidates do you have on file?

We have a large database of candidates, with new people registering every day. These candidates are skilled, experienced workers from every industry.

What do the fees cover?

Our fees cover advertising (some additional costs may apply for permanent advertising where display advertising is required), behavioural interviews, relevant assessments, organisational fit evaluations, and all associated background and probity checks and recruitment and compliance costs. For temporary placements our fees include the temporary employee wages, our ongoing pastoral care and management of the employment relationship, weekly payroll and administration of all employment on costs (annual leave, sick leave, ACC levies) etc.

I need a temporary employee with their own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) can you help?

We ensure all of our employees have the necessary PPE to work safely relevant to the role they are performing.

What assessments do you offer?

We complete full skills assessments on all of our commercial candidates. This generally includes 5 aspects measuring computer (software) aptitude; however the battery of assessments can be adapted to fit the requirements of your role.

We can also provide for a competitive fee offer psychometric testing. One of our 3 certified psychometric analysts will consult with you to ensure the correct assessments are selected, and will provide full interpretation, feedback and reporting.
