Terms & Conditions - Make Smart Choices

1. This prize draw is run by Select Recruitment, a division of AWF Limited.
   
   
2. By entering this prize draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
   
   
3. By entering this prize draw you agree that your contact details may be used by Select to request further details and photographs for promotional purposes.
   
   
4. To enter this prize draw, you must: be the intended recipient of the Select 'Make Smart Choices' email, watch the video, correctly answer the entry question on this page, and email the correct answer and your full name to healthandsafety@select.co.nz
   
   
5. Entry to this prize draw is open from 9.00am NZST Monday 23rd June 2025 until 5pm NZST Sunday 6th July 2025.
   
   
6. Entry is only open to Select field employees who were actively employed with Select at the time of entry, and legally entitled to work in New Zealand, and who are residing in New Zealand at the time of the draw.
   
   
7. Internal Select staff are not eligible to enter this prize draw.
   
   
8. Entry is restricted to one per person. Multiple entries, bulk entries, automated entries, and third-party entries will all be disqualified.
   
   
9. The prize is 1 (one) Prezzy Card to the value of $50 NZD (fifty New Zealand Dollars) and this cannot be redeemed for cash. There are 2 (two prizes available).
   
   
10. The 2 (two) winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by no later than 5.00pm NZST, Friday 11th July 2025.
    
    
11. The winners will be contacted via the email address used for their competition submission (mentioned in point 4 above) within 5 (five) business days of the prize draw.
    
    
12. If the winner(s) cannot be reached and/or does not respond within 5 (five) business days of initial contact, a new winner(s) will be selected and the original winner will no longer be eligible to claim the prize.
    
    
13. The prize will either be delivered to a valid New Zealand residential postal address (no PO boxes), or collected from the Select branch office at a date and time to be agreed on.
    
    
14. In the event of a dispute regarding this prize draw and/or any of its Terms & Conditions, the final decision will rest with Select Management.
    
    
15. By entering this prize draw, you agree that your contact details may be used by Select to request photographs for promotional purposes.
