TTM Worker

Select Recruitment is gearing up for a booming summer season and we want YOU on board! If you're energetic, reliable, and have full-time availability, this is your chance to step into the vital world of Temp Traffic Management.

ABOUT THE ROLE!

You'll be directing traffic, protecting your team, guiding road users and pedestrians through live worksites. Using the STOP/GO paddle, crew radio and helping support the team with some general site labouring such as cone moving, sign set up and shifting roading material.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

• Consistent, on-going temp assignments through the summer - up to 30 - 50 hours per week

• PPE and full induction training, half day course with NZQA quals provided

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Must have full-time availability as the summer season is busy!
• Physically fit, reliable, and comfortable with early starts (5/6am), long shifts, and outdoor work
• Restricted or Full Class 1 Licence, with access to your own transport
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to Health and Safety.
• You must be reliable, punctual, open to working a variety of shifts sometimes including weekends and nights.
