Select Recruitment is on the lookout for a reliable, motivated, and physically fit Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to join a dynamic civil construction crew in Dunedin. ABOUT THE ROLE!

In this role, you'll be supporting and leading traffic management operations across a range of urban and rural infrastructure projects, making real-time decisions and ensuring the safety of your crew and the public. No two days are the same in this fast-paced, hands-on role-you'll need to think on your feet and take initiative under pressure.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Level 1 or CAT A, B, or C STMS certification (required)
• Full Class 1 Licence
• Proven experience in the traffic management industry
• A safety-first attitude and strong leadership on site
• Someone who's adaptable, proactive, and a team player
