Make Smart Choices

When it comes to your health and safety at work, the choices you make matter.

Remember:

• Get help if you need it, especially for heavy or awkward lifts
• Bend your knees, not your back, when lifting
• Use mechanical aids, like trolleys or forklifts, when needed
