Select Recruitment is on the lookout for a reliable, motivated, and physically fit Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to join our clients civil construction crew in Dunedin. If you're ready to take charge and keep traffic flowing safely on local roads and state highways, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be supporting and leading traffic management operations across a range of urban and rural infrastructure projects, making real-time decisions and ensuring the safety of your crew and the public. You'll need to think on your feet and take initiative under pressure in this fast-paced, hands-on lead role.

We're Looking For:

• Level 1 or CAT A, B, or C STMS certification (required)
• Full Class 1 Licence
• Proven experience in the traffic management industry
• A safety-first attitude and strong leadership on site
• Someone who's adaptable, proactive, and a team player
