About the Role

As part of a skilled production team, you will be trained in the intricate process of wigmaking, learning techniques that combine precision, artistry, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and develop specialist wigmaking skills through hands-on training
• Perform detailed sewing and assembly work with accuracy and care
• Contribute to the production of high-quality, custom-made wigs
• Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
• Follow detailed processes and instructions to ensure consistency and excellence

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Proven sewing experience, either professionally or as a hobby
• An interest in crafts such as embroidery, jewellery making, soft furnishings, quilting, dressmaking, hair and beauty, or similar creative pursuits
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of patience
• A willingness to learn a specialised trade skill
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing or production experience (advantageous but not essential)
• A commitment to building a long-term career within a niche industry
