We're on the lookout for a motivated Class 4 or 5 Truck Driver with asphalt and roading experience to join a hardworking crew as a Leading Hand / Asphalt Operator. If you enjoy a mix of truck driving, operating equipment, and leading from the front, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
What you'll be doing:
- Operating Class 4 or 5 trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Assisting with asphalt paving and roading projects
- Supporting and guiding crew members on site
- Operating plant and equipment as required
- Maintaining high health and safety standards
- Working as part of a team to deliver quality outcomes
What we're looking for:
- Current Class 4 or 5 licence
- Asphalt, roading, or civil construction experience
- Leadership skills and a positive attitude
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
