TTM Worker

The busy season is fast approaching meaning Select Recruitment is seeking energetic, reliable team players to join us as Traffic Controllers / TTM Workers. You'll be the face of safety on site - directing traffic, protecting your crew, and helping road users navigate through work sites. You'll learn how to use radio gear, handle all sorts of situations with road users, and follow health & safety procedures like a pro - all while making a real difference on the road.

What You'll Get:

  We're Looking For:

• Physically fit, able-bodied, and comfortable with early starts, standing for long periods and manual labour
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Restricted or Full Class 1 Licence and access to your own transport
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Have clear MOJ history

New to the role or already have TC/TTM experience, we want to hear from you.
