About the role:
The role of a Candidate Consultant is pivotal to the success of our overall business. This role helps support our Consultants - ensuring our candidate journey is as engaging and inclusive as possible!

In a nutshell, our Consultants are busy partnering with our clients, designing recruitment solutions, and managing their busy desks. What they need is dependable and dedicated support to make sure they continue to deliver an exceptional candidate experience as well.

The types of tasks you would expect to do in this role include:

  • Payroll for the people we place on site with our clients
  • Working with job seekers throughout the recruitment process
  • Screening and onboarding candidates, including drug testing
  • Providing administration and document management support, loading adverts and putting together candidate profiles, along with managing and updating our candidate CRM
  • Helping manage our temporary employees while they are out on assignment for us
  • Facilitating interviews, meetings and testing, as well as completing reference checks

What we are looking for in you:
In this role you will be a critical part of the success of the branch. The branch requires a self-motivated person with focus and drive, who can juggle conflicting priorities, work smart to meet the demand, keep cool under pressure and provide solutions.

  • Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a service/sales-focussed role (exposure to recruitment would be a bonus)
  • Someone who is driven by success - you will get a real buzz when you see your work contributing to the bigger picture
  • You need to be proactive, hard-working and organised - it goes without saying that you need to be an extension of the Consultants you are supporting
  • You will have high attention to detail, and you will be able to work to tight deadlines - we are proud of the work we do, even the small things!
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to craft correspondence to a range of people
  • The ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing industry - it is the world we live in!
