About the Role
This is a practical, hands‑on role working as part of the hair grooming crew within a boutique manufacturing environment. You will:
- Prepare hair for wigs, including brushing and combing, sorting hair, and intricately feeding hair through wigs
- Perform detailed manual tasks that require precision, patience, and care
- Contribute to the creation of custom wigs that meet high quality and client standards
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the production process
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, skilled, and close‑knit team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a previous hands‑on or practical role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow detailed instructions
- Good communication skills and a positive, reliable attitude
- Previous factory or manufacturing environment experience (advantageous)
- Sewing experience (professional or hobby), or an interest in crafts such as embroidery, jewellery making, soft furnishings, or hair and make‑up (advantageous)
